I hope you've all had a WONDROUS celebration of our independence here in America!!! We are TRULY blessed in SO many ways and I would like to give a SHOUT OUT of sincere thanks to ALL of those who have served to help us maintain our freedoms.
Due to my extended blog post last night, I was not able to give thanks for the VERY first layout created and added to the slideshow above!!! That was some FAST scrapping!!! It is GORGEOUS and what FABULOUS wedding photos!!! I hope to see more MASTERPIECES posted for me to drool over!!!

As I was just finishing up with tonight's freebie, I thought about how a quilter does "piece" work. While I have ALWAYS and FOREVER and EVER wanted to make a quilt, the opportunity has never presented itself and I figure I have lots of time yet to give it a go if I am still interested in doing so. Anyhoo, I've come to find that my designing is much like that of a quilter in that I just sort of tend to "piece" things together bit-by-bit!!! And as my dear friend Carole said to me, "it seems to be working for you"!!! Thank you Carole!!! So if you happen to see something I've added and wonder, "what in the world did she put that in there for?", now you know why!
I really try to give the majority of my scrapkits versatility so that they can go beyond the obvious theme implied in it's debut. I would just LOVE to see some of y'all "scrap outside of the box" and to use these "pieces" for something other than a wedding. I will add some more casual, everyday type embellishments as well.
I am now yawning VERY deeply so I shall bid you adieu until next we meet. I just love y'all to "pieces"!!!
