ANOTHER SANTA FLY-BY WITH MORE GOODIES FOR Y'ALL!!!
>> Saturday, December 6, 2008
YES!!! Santa is visiting once again with a little something SPECIAL for y'all that just HAPPENS to coordinate with *Dreaming of a Bright Christmas* from the *Walking in a Scrappy Wonderland* collaboration .... HO, HO, HO, HO, HO, HO!
This coming week shall be my final of the month for BIG projects and I will have yet MORE goodies to post soon! Tonight and tomorrow I am going to catch up on posting to my sidebar. At the present time you will find my portion of the *Worldwide Christmas Scrapbooking Freebies* (I will be adding to this VERY soon!), the banner that links to the WCSF blog where you can find ALL designers participating, the blinkies that link to my *Walking in a Scrappy Wonderland* partner's blogs and the link to Monna Lainson's Download-A-Day, *Happy Holidays* located at Osten Wilkins Designs (I update the direct link to each new download on a daily basis and usually by 10:00 PST). I had not even realized that I had not yet posted my links to the first two weeks of *Walking in a Scrappy Wonderland* so those will be the first and I will also be posting the direst links to the daily freebies that I've shared with you thus far and I will add any others that I come across and decide to collect myself!!!
I would like to extend BIG thank you's to those that have given me input about my computer issues. OLGA and KRIS, I have received and read your e-mails briefly and will reply just as soon as I am able. Thank you SO very much for taking from YOUR time to share with me from your OWN experiences and remedies! I do have some updated news to share but will do so the beginning of next week as I am trying hard to stay on task to catch up with what I am behind on.
I do wish to share one SPECIAL story with you before I say good night. A couple of weeks ago or so now, one of my LOVELY readers had left a comment and I followed her link to reply and found a story that touched me VERY deeply. I know that this is NOT the only one of it's kind, however, it involves a fellow designer here in SCRAPLAND and after reading, I was in tears and being VERY thankful for my SLOW operating computer because at least I have one and I have a home in which to house it to fit my needs. I am blessed. I have raised my children on, "if you have a roof over your head, clothes on your back and food on the table, you ARE blessed"! Anything above and beyond that is a luxury.
Anyhoo, I am going to let you read the story if you so choose to by the author. Her name is Candice (Candi) and I just adore her blogger name, SOINKINCUTE, and I am sure you can figure out where it comes from! UH, HUH, Candi is a Independent STAMPIN' UP demonstrator! Here is the link to the story of Casey and her family on Candi's blog:
